I am a Catholic-the important thing is that Jesus was born-not the exact date.

Did they use the currently used Gregorian Calendar in figuring out dates at the the time you mention? Or was it the Julian Calendar which predates the Gregorian:

then his deathdate has to be in teh year that 9thday was long Friday. Si if He was born on the 6th +3 =9. Somewhere closest to year 30... maybe 40??
