I'm not sure you're thinking through the Scripture I quoted. It doesn't really apply to what God ALLOWED, it applies to what man DID.

As to the D&C reference, when D&C conflicts with Bible Scripture, I side with the Bible.

Man's government has never been benevolent. By NATURE it's oppressive (and prepare for the *most* oppressive government in US history, beginning January 20, 2009).

Reading them, and the scriptures.

Perhaps we are agreeing that government (of men) is evil. Is that what you are saying--govt is evil? That I follow; what I don't follow is how it is necessary.

yeah, none of those have ever benefitted any American citizen.

Child labor laws are so funny. I can tell a person I won't hire them strictly because of their age, but their race or sex is out of the question.

As a person who has worked in America since the age of 9, I thank God I didn't live among those who would discriminate against me because of my young age.

I am saying the following:

A. No evil choices are "necessary."

B. All governments of men (as I understand you are saying) are evil.

C. Therefore, no government of men is necessary.
