It was required that someone be the Savior of this (these) worlds, but don't forget that there had to be SOMEONE willing to do such!! If there wasn't, then we would still be waiting for someone to step forward.Don't think that our Heavenly Father was so foolish to think that if the Lord did not step forward, that he would have had to rely on Lucifer to perform the act of Savior. He knew full well that Lucifer would not have been sufficient to fulfill the Plan of Salvation in the matter in which it needed to be.So, if the Lord had not stepped forward, then our Father would have had to have done something else. Why the Lord feels that he can abandon us with such regard is now beyond me!! Huma, The lord never really abandons us, we just think he does....Sometimes we are not answered in a time thats good for us, or perhaps the answer is not what we wanted it to be. At times we may even think we haven't been answered, yet he has answered us through other people. Sometimes we simply mistake missing his answer because we are to busy looking for moving mountains, or rolls of thunder, instead of that still small voice........Just remember this is the lord answer your prayer not a human, and he tends to do things in a more quite, loving, and spiritual perspective Have faith and you will be answered, it may be by a messenger, a vission, a dream, a still small voice, or a loved one.......but you have to remember it's in his time, and may not always be what you wanted to hear, that doesn't make it the wrong answer though, just a difficult one to accept. just my thoughts on prayer/faithLaureltree Quote
