Jason Posted October 7, 2005 Report Share Posted October 7, 2005 So I read the Brethren this week. I liked it better than the Broker overall, but I still felt the ending was a little weak. It seems that Grisham spends a lot of time building characters, detailing everything about their lives, and then in the last couple of chapters generalizes everything as if he's in a hurry to wrap it all up.
