I loved that! It made me cry, because Emma is my hero as well.

I get irritated when people judge Emma to be an apostate. She did what she had to do to take care of her family, and Brigham made that difficult for her. There's so much more to the story than "Emma didn't go to Utah and so she left the Church."

Every time I read about Emma, I am amazed and humbled. I could never have done everything she did, and I think she is one of the most amazing women in American history.
