It does suggest that mankind, as a whole, can be tempted, influenced, and led astray by Satan. But that is very different than what you read into the earlier endowment. Each of us, in our own way, follows Satan anytime we believe in or do something that is not correct in God's eyes. Whether we follow Satan intentionally or inadvertently does matter, but we are still deceived by him. Is it okay for people to watch television that shows unmarried people in immoral acts? Are we convincing ourselves that racy pictures are not pornography? Is it okay to occasionally take the Lord's name in vain? Are we really honest in all our doings with other people? I could go on, but each of us has an Achilles' heel to overcome, and until we do, we are at least a little bit under Satan's control.

That verse taken out of context would certainly suggest that . I am choosing not to take that position and yes making the truth of the matter known that all true christians belong to ONE TRUE CHURCH . I understand the LDS believes that means them and them alone but i don't ..Now will i debate anyone about that ..LDS do not believe that we are the only Christian church. We believe all Christians will be saved in a kingdom of heaven. We do believe that we have a greater truth to add to that taught by our Christian brothers and sisters of other denominations. However, we all profess Christ, seek to repent and live righteous lives, and those are some of the most important things to do.I am not interested in debating religion. I will discuss it calmly. I agree that some members on this list are a little touchy and jump on people quickly, rather than showing Christian patience and kindness. For that, I apologize on behalf of LDS.Net. We should set a good Christian example for visitors. As it is, LDS believe that other Christian denominations are worthy of salvation in heaven. There are many of them, however, who condemn us to hell, convinced we are not Christian. Sadly, this list and other LDS lists have had lots of traditional Christians attack us on that and many other issues, insisting we are not Christian, and we will burn in hell (or rot, depending on the denomination). It would be nice to have traditional Christians be as Christ-like towards us, as others expect Christ-like patience and kindness from the LDS.
