If you mean the stones set into the breastplate: As far as we know, yes. (There are some people who argue that he actually took them back after the 116 pages episode, and that Joseph never got them again.)

Now, Joseph Smith also had a separate seer stone he had found while digging a well, and which was used during at least some of the translation process. He gave that stone to (as I recall) a member of the Cowdery or Whitmer family at some point in his life, and missionaries from the Utah church later obtained that stone stone and brought it back to Salt Lake City. The Church still has it.

Yeah, I meant the breastplate and stones.

This other seer stone is the first I've heard about it that I can remember. Does the church have that on display somewhere or is it hidden away in some vault? Or maybe it's the prophets desk drawer to be used as needed? :P

It's in the first presidency vault, which is in the same building where the first presidency's offices are. Last time it was shown publicly, I think, was at the Manti temple dedication in the 1870s.
