Righteous Desires of your heart

Dear Friends,

I am trying to find scriptures in which there is a promise that righteous of your heart will be fulfilled. Are there any restrictions on this promise?

Please help. I have tried searching on Lds.scriptures with no luck.

D&C 82:10 would indicate that as long as you are keeping the commandments and living worthily, then you would be absolutely entitled -- without restrictions -- to the promises referenced in the verses above. However, nothing is indicated about the timing of the fulfillment of such desires.
