annewandering Posted May 23, 2012 Report Posted May 23, 2012 Hello, Our oldest daughter is entering her senior here in California. In about a week in a half we leave to tour BYU Utah and BYU Idaho. We are considering moving to Coeur d'Alene in a couple of months. What are your favorite things about Idaho? Looking forward to meeting new friends with the same interests. :)Coeur d'Alene is a LONG traveling distance from Southern Idaho. Just so you know. Most people go OUT of Idaho to the east or west to get to Northern Idaho from Southern Idaho. I went to college at UofI in Moscow, Idaho and it was like a different country both in life style and in distance to travel. It sure is beautiful though. :) Quote

Moving from California to Coeur d'Alene would be quite a shock for us, much like you being from Moscow. Quote
