I was wondering if you have to be a student of the local college to take them or can anyone in the area take them? Does it matter if you are married or single? Thanks. But institute over here is offered to all 18-30 yr old single adults regardless of whether or not they are in college. I have also known of young marrieds to attend if they are in college.
