David13 Posted June 22, 2015 Report Posted June 22, 2015 (edited) As some of you may know, I plan to attend General Conference in Salt Lake City this coming October.I know in history, at some time, people came to General Conference with a clean white handkerchief. Is that still the case?I am trying to prepare across the board, and I would like to know about that.I suppose it is a bygone issue, but might that come back into the Conference?Thanksdc Edited June 22, 2015 by David13 Quote
jerome1232 Posted June 22, 2015 Report Posted June 22, 2015 Never heard of that for anything other than a temple dedication. Quote
David13 Posted June 22, 2015 Author Report Posted June 22, 2015 (edited) AhaI have found it. It is for Temple dedication. But was used in October 2000 by President Hinckley at the close as a dedication of the Conference Center. So I suppose that would then not be a regular part of the Conference.dc Now I guess I have to attend a Temple dedication. Which will be Provo I believe in February or so. I did make it to the Payson Temple open house, but not the dedication. Edited June 22, 2015 by David13 Quote
Guest Posted June 22, 2015 Report Posted June 22, 2015 If you ever get a chance to take a trip to Ohio, a visit to the Kirtland Temple and the store across the street is an awesome experience too. Quote
