Jbs2763 Posted September 23, 2007 Report Posted September 23, 2007 First, the "stranger-danger" thing may or may not be a good lesson to teach children. Perhaps we may go a bit far in being paranoid of our safety. Also, I do believe it is a good thing to make public those men and women who molest kids. Although, I would question including cases where some 19 year old may have had relations with his 16 year old girlfriend and gets nailed for statuatory rape -- therefore gaining the title of "sex offender" for life.how about pubic notification of the baby r*pers, ( the really nasty guys, like the dude that r*pes and murders lil' jessica lunsford) by having said savage haning from the ol' oak tree on the courthouse square for about 2 or 3 days? a punishment that fits the crime? a real deternetand I agree with the stat rape thing...there is a case in GA right now where 17 yr old was having "realtions" with his 15 yr old girlfreind, serving 10 yrs in prison, and another dude raped and murderd a 4 yr old...got 6 months....OUR LEGAL SYSTEM ROCKS Quote
