I am trying to find this song for my wife. She wants to sing it at our baby's blessing. We do have the song, but the music is of very poor quality. Also, we don't know the title of the song.

Below are the lyrics of the song. Does anyone recognize this song? What is the title? Where can we purchase a CD with this song?
