I sign in with a user name and password unique to ThirdHour (not using a google, facebook, whatever account) and never sign out (since I only use this site on my personal computer and Android device that are never out of my control).

If you're on a mobile device, I think you might have to change to "Desktop site" - the mobile template is lacking the user-specific features for some reason.
