  1. well, I have yet to see a teenager reply in the negative, and the closest one to it, replyed in the affirmitive. more or less
  2. well, that's just the way I read it when I stumbled into it. I think it's funny, but w/e you have your own opinion.
  3. well what about "working that which is unseemly"? You can't tell me that that's out of context. also, putting humor in the scriptures is what makes them more interesting. intended or not.
  4. I don't know, I think this beats out deuteronomy 23:1
  5. I guess the humor's mainly, that the bible would come right out and say something like that, and in that wording... C'mon I can't be alone here...
  6. Exept that's what's funny, about it though, that that's what its actually saying. It's not reading between the lines, it's straight out Reading The Lines!
  7. Okay, well I did put this in the YOUTH section for a reason, Maybe you'all are just to old to get the humor in it. idk.... seriously though, I mean what do you think the scripture means when it says for instance, " And the men...(the gay men might I add...) recieving in themselves... ***Hm.. I wonder, just what might it be, that they are recieving in themself?...**** I can't get any plainer than that
  8. seriously? that something like that is in the Bible, coupled with the way it is written. I.E. and the men...recieving in themselves... think about it.
  9. And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. ******** Am I the only one that finds this scripture funny?:) Romans 1:27
  10. hey Guys! , I made a new group on facebook for LDS in Michigan. Check it out! http://www.facebook.com/LDSJonesE?ref=profile#/group.php?gid=103443523316&ref=mf Help me get it started
  11. Hey man, I know exactly how that feels. When I was 10, same thing happened to me and my 4 other sibs. If you're going through anything like what I went through, then It feels like an icy cold stab in your heart. you spend night after night crying yourself to sleep, until one day, what you hoped would never hapen... Hapens. You get used to it. You get over it. Hey, though, from experience, I'd have to say, WATCH OUT for apostasy, when my mom left my dad, She fell away. When that happens, and they've become "convinced" that the church is a cult, They do all that they can to screw with you're ties to the LDS Chruch. Say they want to save you, and using that logic, think it's better for you to never go to church, then go to the "Mormon Church" When that starts to happen, you must find out what is truly MOst impORtanT to you, and stick with it, NO matter what the cost, nor the consequence!
  12. I was looking into the geography of the book of mormon, when I stumbled upon this website. Book of Mormon Geography I find it very interesting, and encourage you to check it out.
