The attic is insulated, but we have a whole-house fan that vens thru the attic and so it gets fresh air. Thanks for the suggestion of water tho. Hadn't thought of that one.
Somewhere I read that you need to be sure that your containers are made of FOOD GRADE plastic (due to off-gassing of some plastics). I guess the wrong kind could make you sick or make the food taste funny.
I have an attic with nothing in it. Given the temperature fluctuations (heat & cold), what can I store up there besides paper products? I hate to have so much storage available and nothing much to put in it.
