I think the closest thing to that would be the family procclaimation. That wasn't specific for leaders, but included them. However it was directly addresses to 'nations' and would be contray to alot of cultures. Perhaps that would count snow?

This thread seems based on the fact that your your thoughts and feelings, how you perceive the things and even what your doing is similar to what it is now, which i would very much doubt. Everything you are will be changed, you will feel diferently about time, what is boring, what isn't. Its impossible to comprehend what it would be like (as the scriptures say) and so you cant judge it too harshly yet. The celestial kingdom is also said to come with a complete 'fulness of joy'. That means you wouldn't be bored, whatever it is that happens, you will love it for all eternity =)

The word spirit may have just been the translated equvialent to whatever was originally in the book of mormon. That might have be our word for the same meaning of what was written. The word 'SPIRIT' may not have actually been written on the paltes in that form...from what i understand...

My mian thoughts on knowing the difference would be along the lines of the Gift of Decerning of Spirits or the Light of Christ. But i thing there is jsut a stigma on the word occult. Its meaning doesn't have to be negative or positive, its jsut a way of describing an act. Whats good or bad is how the act is used.

Firstly, its my first post. So HI everyone :) I was jsut wondering I have been a member for about 6 months now, and while perusing the Pearl of Great Price a question came to me. Why in that, particularly the book of Moses, and sometimes in the old testiment does Christ refer to himself in the third person so often? It would just seem to cause confusion to someone like me...however i am sure there is a reason and i was just wondering if someone could help me out with it. Thanks See you all around
