I'm going to completely derail this topic and say the worst sin is the abuse of children. Yeah, technically denying Christ, God, and the Holy Ghost after having a perfect knowledge is the worst sin you can commit (according to scripture) but I feel that anyone that knowingly abuses children has done something worse. Anyone that would do that to a child, it just makes me so angry thinking about it. I found out my best friend was abused when she was a child, and I am so angry at the person who did that to her. I haven't ever met the guy, never seen him, but I am so angry at him. I don't know if I'll ever be able to forgive him, even though I either should or don't have to, not sure how it works. Anyway, that's what I say is the worst. That followed by reality television. Ugh.

So, I got a pretty big confirmation about where I am going on my mission. Naturally, I'm having a few doubts as to whether I'm going there or not, as my call hasn't come yet. (5 weeks this Wednesday.) Anyway, those doubts don't linger because I know what I felt, and I'm curious about if other people have had where they were going revealed to them before they got their call. If you don't want to share because it's too special or sacred, I understand.

Let's face it- if you marry this person in the Temple, you're stuck forever. I know I'm being lighthearted about this, but at the same time, it's something to consider. Pray about it, fast about it, this is something big. Bigger than what kind of car you should buy. Talk to your Bishop, too. They seem to have good advice.

Thanks for the contructive criticism, but it wasn't my fault this time. My first counselor was supposed to do the lesson this week and he told me today he couldn't do it.

Okay, I'm the Sunday School president for my family ward. I have to prepare a lesson by tomorrow for the Gospel Principles (New Member) class. The topic is Exaltation, Lesson 47. Problem is, I'm 18 and I don't have much experience with preparing lessons. Anyone got any tips or links that will help with this particular lesson? I don't want to just read from the book. Thanks a lot!
