I am confused by you... Do you have proof that Nephi existed, and god spoke to him, and it was not just voices in his head? If not, I think my point stands. No, the BoM does not constitute proof, and neither do the voices in your head. Bat, if you question Nephi's existence then perhaps you could explain how a non-existent person had voices in his head? Yes, that is easy. A person writes a book, and in that book, there is a character that hears voices in his head. Simple, huh? Quote
Lindy Posted August 7, 2004 Report Posted August 7, 2004 I find it amusing sometimes to try to think like a non believer....and see it from another perspective.... I guess that if you do that..... it could be rather entertaining. I'm just glad that I don't have to question my faith....I believe in the "little voices"...... I think "you are just jealous cause the little voices are talking to ME!" :) ( I actually got that from a bumper sticker ) And you just thought I was schizophrenic! Quote
Winnie G Posted August 7, 2004 Report Posted August 7, 2004 If so, would you feel the same way if the film in question had been Farenheight 9/11? Fahrenheit 9/11 is a better made film You would have to see the BOM see how cheeses it is I would not be able to sit through another BOM showing with out gagging back or laughing out load.If I here the actor who played Nephi say “I will go were the Lord ……” one more time Ill Hurl! Matt Posted August 8, 2004 Report Posted August 8, 2004 Get some imported Bass bottle Pale Ale. 5.2% and it has a very refreshing taste. I tried some Canadian beers. Not bad, for Lager-style beer. But to be honest I am an ale drinker, rather than lager. IPA is my ale of preference. IPA = India Pale Ale. Quote

I once rescued a case of Bass Beer from a Sundance Film Festival Party. Those jerks! They left it outside to freeze. The bottles were bursting. It was my duty as a beer drinker to rescue some. Alcohol abuse is a sin.The beer store here sells a kit for IPA, I'll have to try making it sometime. Thanks for the recommendation. Quote
