lovemykids
My cousin is struggling with a situation her nine year old daughter has...she has one foot that is a one and a half and one foot that is a three...that is quite a difference...I know that a slight difference is common, but does anyone have any experience with this much of a difference??? Just curious if you all have any advice about anyone that might sell her different size shoes...???
pushka
My daughter was born with 1 leg shorter than the other..eventually reaching a difference of 5cm, so she had an operation to fix it. Now she also has 1 foot a full size or more less than the other. Certain stores will order 2 separate sizes, but may charge extra for this..otherwise, if the shoes are cheap enough, you could buy 2 pairs of each... kathysmike
Have you checked with local groups, there are many who need only one shoe, you could donate one and match the other shoe? since you live in the US I try the local United Way, for a referral or check with the child's doctor. rameumptom
There are groups on the Internet, where you can match up with someone else who has the opposite foot sizes and buy shoes in conjunction with them (you buy two pairs of shoes and swap them out).
