havejoy Posted May 3, 2009 Report Posted May 3, 2009 Who usually does Sharing Time in your ward on the 5th Sunday of the month when it occurs? Do you stick to the topic of the month? This month we are teaching about Baptism so would the 5th Sunday need to be about that or can we pick something we think is important, like reverence? Has anyone ever had a member of the Bishopric teach sharing time? Quote
mightynancy Posted May 3, 2009 Report Posted May 3, 2009 We rarely had a full presidency (that's another story!), but when we did, the Secretary taught ST on the 5th Sunday. With the bishop's approval, I imagine it would be just fine to address a relevant topic other than the theme of the month...we did! Quote
havejoy Posted May 3, 2009 Author Report Posted May 3, 2009 Thanks, I hadn't thought of having the secretary teach. It would be a good opportunity for her. I've already asked the bishopric if they would have one of them teach but if they can't I will ask my secretary. Quote
