Even then, a small space may work.Take a look at one method of growing hydroponic. It is self maintaining other then the occasional of adding growing medium. gadget Posted June 14, 2011 Report Posted June 14, 2011 Aquaponics is even better then hydroponics! Raise fish and grow plants at the same time. Quote
bcguy Posted August 16, 2011 Author Report Posted August 16, 2011 Got a large 50 gallon container outside. Could put some fish in them then feed them. Would drain out some of the water into the garden and the ammonia water would turn to nitrates making the plants thrive. Its a idea and probably a good one. I would not use the tank to raise the fish to eat. To small. Quote

It was our experimental aquaponics system (still working) Can't grow too many at a time, but they will do well enough to make it worth while. Lehi Quote
