I have some questions , It will be quick.

·How can you resist very strong temptations?

·If wasn't conform with the body that one haves and want to change it like...Make a operation aesthetics just to take of the thing you don't like of your body?

.Now going with a problem I actually have...

I can't make new friends , even in the church...I see the youth of my ward and others wards are a group that I am not in and never will be .

Sometimes ,go to institute makes me sad , beacuse I have no friends and I don't know I they notice that I am alone or they're just ignoring me. In my first single youth convention I was alone , I thought I was going to make new firends , but it wasn't like that...I see , nobody want to make friend with a sad and no talkative person like me.

I know this doesn't have and order and maybe doesn't make sense...ugh Sorry I can't organize my ideas..

What is you opinion about all this?

With the help of the Holy Ghost. Also, when strong temptations hit you, try to remove yourself from the situation causing the temptation. Consciously choose to do something else, preferrably something positive.

I choose to love my body the way it is. Plastic surgery for just looks doesn't appeal to me. There are many risks to surgery.

The best way to make friends is to BE a friend. Try to be, act like, dress like, the friend you would like to have. Be positive in your interactions with other people. Eventually it will pay off and you'll find good friends.

Three things are in play here here:

1) If you want friends, live an honorable, balanced life. Everything else will fall into place.

2) If you feel the need to change your appearance to get these friendships, then they are not worth it because they will all be based on some shallow sense of acquaintance that is neither supportive, uplifting nor friendly.

3) Step one of every 12 step program is to admit we are powerless, step 2 is to realize that there is a spiritual power greater than ourselves and step 3 is to turn our will and life over to that power. To resist strong temptations, you need to be on your knees at least twice daily praying for our Heavenly Father to lift these temptations form you, you need to be reading the scriptures daily and you need to be attending and being active in church.

Just be patient with yourself and others. If you test other people, they will always fail. Also, look around at who you know. You may have friends and not realize it. Look up the definition of friend and ask others like your Bishop what friendship is. You may be surprised at what you find out.
