President Henry B. Eyring (Saturday am session)

President Eyring reflected on the Easter account taken from the scriptures.

At baptism we promise to stand as witnesses in all things.

We promise we will serve Him and keep His commandments.

We are under covenant to lift up those in need and to be witnesses of the Savior as long as we live.

As we are faithful to the covenants which we made we will feel our love from Him.

As we give devoted service, He grows closer to us.

Many have loved ones who are wandering off paths to eternal life. We wonder what else we can do to bring them back. We can draw on the love of Heavenly Father to bring them back.

Faithful parents have served the Lord well but still have children who wander from the path. Even with all they have done.

Your prayers and those who exercise faith will help your families.

Satan's goal is to destroy families.

Those that pray and serve the Lord may not have everything for your family but the promise is that the Lord will draw closer to you.

His arms are outstretched with yours to succor those in need including those of your family.

There is a glorious homecoming prepared for us.

"If you keep my commandments and endure to the end you shall have eternal life."

Christ has shown us how to draw closer to Him by example.

Every person will have the opportunity to hear His gospel.

This is the true church of Jesus Christ. Only with the keys held by President Monson are the keys to be sealed as families for eternity.
