What do others do while I receive my endowment?

I am scheduled to go through the temple in a few weeks for my own endowment. I have invited a few people from my ward to go with me. (I'm a convert so I have no family) what will others be doing while I go though? Endowment for others or something else? I ask because I have a bunch of names of people who need work done and I thought it would be nice to give the names to the people coming with me so my family can be done the same time as me.

They can do proxy work at the same time. Let them know you have family file, they will probably be thrilled to help.

If the family file first needs baptism, confirmation, or initiatory you need to get that done in advance or they will not be ready to do the same endowment session as you.

Yes, they would do endowments for others, so if you have names ready (meaning in the system) that are ready for endowments (there are a couple of ordinances needed before the endowment) you could certainly ask them if they would be willing to do them.
