Please vote for my poem.

Hey everyone,

So I entered a NASA contest a few weeks ago. We had to write a haiku poem. The Top 3 poems will be put on the MAVEN orbiter leaving for Mars in a few months. I am currently holding the 3rd and final spot out of nearly 12,790 entries. I'm running out of resources for voting and so I am begging my fellow LDS members for help.

This is a direct link to my poem. It starts out "distant red planet". There is a reason for no punctuation and capitalization by the way. I always get a few questions about that so I figured I would answer before someone asked. lol

Congratulations for getting into the top five. I have only just joined this site, so was too late to vote for you. I find haiku quite a difficult format to write; I usually write in open form poetry.
