Hi there! I was born and raised Mormon, so even though I am now an Atheist, I harbor no ill-will towards members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am the only one in my family that has left the Church, but they have been very understanding of the position I take in life.

I'm married to the love of my life, who also shares my sentiments towards Religion. She is an Ex-Catholic, yet we still go visit her Godmother who is a nun that lives in Utah (of all places!).

I didn't become an atheist until after I served in the Warsaw, Poland mission. If any of you former Poland missionaries are around on this site, we may have met once or twice, or even served together!

I now live in Texas as an Instructor for the Air Force. Some of my best friends are Mormon, so you could say it's always a part of who I am, even I no longer believe in it. This particular LDS forum seemed interesting, so I'm willing to give it a try if you're willing to give me a try
