Been lurking for a week or so, couldn't get my computer to let me join but finally figured it out. I hope I can be a good part of this community. I've been into last days movies since I was very young and that was a long, long time ago. I always thought TEOTWAWKI would happen in my lifetime because I was interested at a young age but I'm getting old now so maybe I was wrong but I'm still interested. I am a 40 year convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, it's the best thing that ever happened to me! Since I'm into last days movie here is a link to one coming out. Welcome to the forums, threadkiller. I've been a connoisseur of end times/apocolypse/meltdown fiction for a long time. We have a few preparadness-minded folks on the forum, including me lol.

There's some LDS-themed Armageddon fiction books out there by a guy named Chris Stewart - The Great and Terrible series. Totally worth it, despite it's questionable doctrinal value .

I'll also recommend The Alliance by Gerald Lund (don't let the author fool you, it's pretty decent dystopia/ science fiction and a really compelling story).
