Well, i have decided that this isnt the place for me. i was hoping for some nice conversations but instead it has turned into a crappy cranky debate.

One thread goes bad and you're leaving? Okay bud, your loss, shoulda' stuck around. I'm not sure why you're taking this attitude because this isn't your first thread/post, you've contributed to other good threads, so you know there are good conversations here.

C.K. this board comes up when i googled LDS message boards as a top 5 hit. Seeing that i was supprised only a handful of people post here. Now i know why. you tore apart my posts and looked to argue not discuss.

Look, OIC and I discussed this at great length in PM's and here's what I've realized. What came across as me being snide or cruel was shock or surprise on my part. It seemed to me that your original post was meant as a joke, because it seemed you were saying, "I'm LDS but also pray to Catholic saints for miracles." So I thought to myself, "This has to be a joke." Which is why I asked originally, "Dude are you screwing around with us or what?"

So I'm sorry if you took that as a slap in the face as OIC did.

As for the rest, just because no one else thought stigmata was a miracle doesn't mean you don't have a perfect right to think it is. What do we matter, anyway. Just ignore us. Or dialogue with us. Or quit the boards. There are several options, and if your time would be better spent in other pursuits, I won't beg you to stay. If, however, you have unique experiences or knowledge that might help someone else, they might want you to stick around.

I think if you asked anyone who posts regularly to this board (especially the non-LDS members), they'd tell you I'm a pretty nice guy. So I was having a bad day or two when I posted to this thread. Everyone has bad days, I wouldn't recommend cutting yourself off from the cool people on this site because of whatever I was dealing with on a particular day.

I think you and I got along better in this thread, so I hope you can see I'm really not a heartless jerk all the time. B) Take it easy bro.
