notquiteperfect Posted December 4, 2014 Report Posted December 4, 2014 (edited) Someone shared this with me a few years ago and I thought I'd pass it along: My First Christmas in Heaven author unknown I see the countless Christmas trees around the world belowWith tiny lights like heaven's stars reflecting on the snow. The sight is so spectacular please wipe away that tearFor I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.I hear the many Christmas songs that people hold so dearBut the sounds of music can't compare with the Christmas choir up here.I have no words to tell you the joy their voices bringFor it is beyond description to hear the angels sing.I know how much you miss me, I see the pain inside your heartBut I am not so far away, we really aren't apart. So be happy for me darlings, you know I hold you dearAnd be glad I'm spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.I send you each a special gift from my heavenly home above -I send to you a memory of my undying love. After all Love is the gift more precious than pure gold -It was always most important in the stories Jesus told. Please love and keep each other as my Father said to doFor I cannot count the love or blessings He has for each of you.So have a Merry Christmas and wipe away that tearRemember I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year. Guest MormonGator Posted December 4, 2014 Report Posted December 4, 2014 My family just lost a loved one. She was elderly and died peacefully in her sleep, so we saw it coming. I'm going to share this with them. Thank YOU for sharing this! Quote
