Where can I find the original score for the hymn, "Come Thou Fount Of Every Blessing"?

I'm looking for the version that was removed from the 1985 edition of our hymnals, but I can't find it anywhere. Will someone please help? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure the one in the '85 hymnbook was in a different key (4 or 5 flats, I want to say), but do you need it to be that exact one?

It was page 70 in the old hymnal. I'm looking at it right now and comparing....

 

Looks like that is the same arrangement...oh...nope. Close, but not quite.

 

For example, the last half note on the 3rd line in the LDS hymn book was Eb, Bb, G, Eb. In the one you posted it's Eb, Eb, G, Eb. The preceding chord differs too, as to several others in that line. The other 4 lines seem to match at a glance.
