Since this forum is for "support in hard times", I thought this would be a good place to share a video that was a tremendous help to me in during some very dark days . . .and perhaps others would like to share songs or talks that helped them. 

I love everything about this video...Elder Holland's testimony, and the song.  The whole talk, Lessons from Liberty Jail, is great if you have the time.

Hilary Weeks is amazing.  Sometimes the best thing we can do to help someone is to let them cry and be there for them.
