Bill (Papa) Lee Posted April 26, 2017 Report Posted April 26, 2017 (edited) A couple of weeks ago while teaching lesson #7 in Priesthood I came to some (maybe) unintended conclusions. Frist, the only way that we can know that Jesus is the Christ, is to first know and feel the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Second, it is the Holy Spirit who is to be our guide, our comfortor, and our source of revelation, then it is our most intimate relationship with God. Thrid, we may sin against the Father (Elohiem) and the Son (Jesus Christ), but to sin against the Holy Spirit, we cannot be forgiven in this life and the life to come...in other words; Hell. Now in the Book of John in the Bible we are taught that Jesus Christ speaks only the words of the Father, and that the Holy Spirit speaks only the words of Jesus Christ. Which means everything spoken by the Father for us to know, it is the same as if the Holy Spirit said it. Any other thoughts? Edited April 26, 2017 by Bill (Papa) Lee Blackmarch 1 Quote
