What's the new curriculum cycle?

So, I'm in an odd debate with my RS president. She thinks we are a month behind the rest of the Church in Priesthood/Relief Society lessons. I think we're a month ahead. So what are your wards doing?

Does the new curriculum run two courses as

Nov - Apr ; May - Oct

Dec - May ; Jun - Nov

Jan - Jun ; Jul - Dec

Is not specific enough for there to be a right or wrong.  However, the original instructions were that the topic would be released in the May / November Ensign.  That means the cycle would have to be:

May Ensign = May - Oct 4th Sunday

Nov Ensign = Nov - Apr 4th Sunday

Then they threw a wrench in the works by releasing topics on the website in April.  Since I'm in charge and want teachers to have plenty of prep time, and especially since we've only been doing this since January this year, not October/November last year, we're sticking to the schedule above.
