I remember reading many years ago about a study done on a group of people who had recently attempted suicide....... one group was simply given near death experience accounts to read.... .Zero people from that group attempted suicide again during the duration of the study. I first attended L.D. S. services back in the 1990's after reading the NDE account of Ms. Bettie J. Eadie...... There is a possibility that simply giving people evidence that life has a purpose...... can tend to reduce suicidal tendencies. For the record....
