I did when I was maybe thirteen or fourteen. It was one of the best books I read, I still have a vivid image of the girl (whose name I just don't remember) coming into a new town, afraid and dusty. Everything was so mysterious and real in that book. Maybe I should read it again :P

I just finished it and I feel completely changed by it. Such a great story of healing. Simply love the Black Madonna and the honey and the journey of the lead characters. I felt so many parallels to my own life. Loved the place where she catches the bees in the jar to prove their existance to her father and then later decides to let them out of the jar and the bees don't go right away. And then later in the story where she hears the voice of God tell her that her jar is open. LOVE IT!
