I never thought they would be able to play with Bama...I get to see alot of Bama games back here.....I was very surprised and happy for Utah

My heart goes out to this family.
We came very very close to losing our own son at 17.
I will pray for their comfort.

Hey SF! My daughter's friends all went to go see Wicked a few years back when it was in the Dallas area and they all LOVED it.. bought the sound track..walked around singing all the tunes..yada yada yada... So, Ivy decided she wanted to read the book to see what all the hubub was about. LUCKILY I took it and read it before she did...holy moses! That's all I have to say about that.
So then you have finshed the book eh?
Elphaba was at my house for a few days (more to follow on that) and she keep saying I am worried about you reading this.... it is very DARK! Well I am page 167 and I would say dark is only part of it.
Good thing you got it away from sweet IVY!!!:)

Oh this just occurred to me that if there are some coming from out of town they might want to get tickets to the Draper Temple Open House which will be going on at that time.

I have given up sparkle drinks before in the past but since then I don't stock them for everyday use. Now at least I don't have to give it up because it doesn't have me.

Our family has tickets to see the play Wicked this spring in Salt Lake City. I have heard many good things about the play so I decided I wanted to know the story before going to the play. I bought me a wonderful leather edition with both the stories in it; Wicked and Son of A Witch. I am on page 114 and it has proven interesting to say the least. I have spoken to my good friend Elphaba from the site here and she tells me that the book is not really like the play.
Has anyone else read these books and what do you think of them?

My son-in-law to be is a great artist. Take a look at the picture he drew of my daughter and himself as an engagement gift to her in Nov.

I am trying to direct his career but the next thing he is drawing is a fancy car... He is very talented but like most artists has a mind of his own. lol
Maybe I should change my approach.
