  3. Hey Miztrniceguy,

Small world. I lived in San Dimas for a short time before moving to La Verne. :) I miss a restaurant named Mayan Food on Arrow Hwy. It was one of the best!

  4. Just wanted to share what my neighborhood used to do during halloween when I lived in La Verne, CA. The community would take a gift basket to a house. The basket would have fun things like candy, apple cider, candles, a book, etc. The person that received the basket had to put a sign in their window that says "Boo." Some people put a full page with a lot of "boo" all over the page but you can do it however you want. This informs the others that you have already received a basket. That person must then "boo" someone else with a gift basket of their own. It was really fun. We didn't tell each other who "booed" whom. Just thought I'd share the fun we used to have.

  7. i use electric first, followed by a mach3 blade while in the shower, using shampoo/conditioner for lather. blade lets me get closer to my goatee.

about every 2 weeks i use me beard trimmer set on 2 for trimming down my goatee and 'stache.

my wife hates when my trimmer slips and i'm forced to completely shave it....about once a year

  8. Today I am visiting a Mormon Church for the first time. I have become highly interested in the Mormon Church and have decided to make my first visit today. I do not have a dress to wear but I am wearing my Sunday best which is black dress pants and a nice sweater. I hope that they accept what I am wearing as I know that most of the women will be wearing a dress or a skirt. I don't have either unfortunately. Anyway, please pray for me. Also, how long will the service last or does it vary?

the full block of meetings is 3 hours...approx ! hr each for Sacrament meeting, Sunday School, and Relief Society/Young Womens.

i'm sure people will understand if you don't have a dress.

    hope you enjoy your day
