i suspected from the first post in this thread that it was a sad attempt be enoch to appear naive and not know anything, while i also suspected the ip would be the same.
i also suspected the sudden flurrie of "deep" threads started by monice is meant to throw us off our game, and to try to convince us to take her seriously.

On the other hand, I hear that around here, people who get called to bishopric positions are requested to fully shave, so refusal to remove a mustache may be just enough to keep them looking elsewhere. Maybe I'll keep it for a while, until I get too old to be in the bishopric. Then it will be safe to shave again.
never really too old....

Thanks for your ideas. Ray, you are saying that it was not “total apostasy” but it was a total apostasy from divine knowledge? I don't quite understand. Can you explain it to me again please.
Thank you
now ya had to go and invite ray to say "or in other words"!!

(2) Are you Ari, as Snow has alluded? If so, how do you justify being so deceitful?
Oh, and by the way, Moderators have a tool to check who is posting. I checked.
i was wondering how long it was going to take for someone to do that

Sorry for not being clear (again) My question was supposed to say, "Do you notice differences in you bishop that the person next to you at meetings does not offer?"
some things you don't want to discuss with the person sitting in the next pew

Hi Miztrniceguy,
What else did the "good experiences" consist of? Are any of these things different from the "average Joe" sitting next to you in service?
THanks
while i don't know the average joe's experience, i dare say some of my life situations were very different from most. My bishops have had a good sense of compassion, forgiveness and understanding. I learned a lot about myself from some of them.

I have often read posts here regarding Bishops since being a member of this site.....now I have a question.....Does anyone ever have a positive expierence with their Bishop????.......seems I read alot of negative comments about a Bishop on this board.........
i have had lots of positive experiences with bishops in my 7 years of re-activity. My bishop was at my endowment, and my bishop was at my wedding in Nuavoo temple...different bishop.

All I know, is that, I don't know.
If I say, I think there for I'am, but I don't think very well, does that mean, I'am very well when I don't?
Cogito ergo zoom......i think, therefore i go fast lol

Thank you for answering.
Ultimately, what can the bishop do? I do not want my husband to be hurt. His feelings matter so much to me. I am a convert and do not know how everything works...
he can give you better advise than i can
