  1. Right right. It was just plain weird though. But maybe he had a fever or something else. Better not to judge, right.
  2. Probably shouldn't have mentioned that about his daughter in his speech, if that's the case. But obviously he wanted to show off how much he trust the Lord, using his drowned daughter. Sounds very very harsh, i don't mean to be like this and say things like that, but i have no other way to describe that speech. Showing off + providing good example, using a very harsh method.
  3. I love jogging at night, alone, that's my time!!! I love it. I can run 10-15 miles and enjoy it so much, every second, and when i am finished - not even tired. Beat that. :)
  4. A week ago, all of a sudden meat became disgusting to me, and I am now vegetarian. thank you for some good recipes i found here. Looking forward for some more.
  5. That's right, don't forget to grow physically as well, apart from Spiritually. Both complement each other. Lizinginholland, how has it been going for you? Getting your butt in shape?
  6. I remember was watching a general conference or something like that, and a guy was telling a story how his little daughter drowned, and was telling it like it wasn't such a big deal lol I understand he showed a great example of how much we need to trust God and accept all that is provided, good and bad. But still it was very weird that he was telling the story how he daughter drowned like he was telling a story going to the gas station and buying a snickers. (just something i wanted to add, came to my mind) anyone remembers that? it was about a year and half ago..
  7. Interesting.. I hope those millions won't harm her even more :) But who knows. As far as i know - a lot of money out of nowhere is not good for you. But again, there might be exception, so who knows... Interesting article however. Already generated numerous replies, i am obviously behind.
  8. I am not sure if i can explain it more understandable for you, so lets just drop it and say I am NOT Mormon, but i respect every human being on Earth and all that is created. So to keep it simple - I am human. That's all. Don't have a title.
  9. Hello Anatess. Thanks for your welcoming. I say Ex-Future out of respect. Because i am neither one, not the Ex(former, didn't like it) not the Future(wanting to become). I simply came to explore it and i leave it as it is and respect it, because i can clearly see how personal it is. Religion separates you from your True being. You can always find a good religion like Mormon is a very good religion. But the higher goal would be - develop your own. THAT is true religion and THAT is the hardest and most long-term thing to achieve. Thank you.
  10. Hello FunkyTown. Yes, my first language is English. I use unusual way of writing sometimes to bring your attention to certain words. Sorry you had trouble understanding. My post means my Introduction and i wrote a tiny part about my religious views. Thank you.
  11. Hello. As any human being, I eventually was interested in the World. To know whats going on and stuff, and of course churches got in the way, the scientists, the "knowers" and stuff like that. The latest achievment in religion I'll have to give to Mormons for sure, i clearly see that all other churches are way way behind. But going further i also understood that everyone's goal should be - to go beyond all that is already here and make it your own. You can either share it or you can keep it, in any case it remains worthy, that is within. That is why i write "Ex-Future" Mormon, first reason i am Guest on the Mormon board, second - I am not really Mormon. So that sums it up. P.S. Something i Enjoy is sharing experience and knowledge that i gain daily and i created my Blog for it Healthy Living Enjoy and participate!
