  2. Vitamin D plays a important role in retaining bone health. Milk is one of the best sources of calcium. Nuts, seeds, and pulses,fruits and vegetables such as cabbage and kale are the best sources of calcium. Yogurt, cheese, Broccoli are also very good sources of calcium.
