I am happy to be a part of this site having followed my friend Ron65 over from one of our poetry boards. I am a native Californian born in San Francisco and raised in San Diego. I have been a convert since 16 years of age. The only member in my entire family (that I know of) I have just recently been active in the last 3 years and have my temple recommend. I am 61, divorced (sadly) have 3 children of which 2 are still earthbound. My eldest daughter and my youngest daughter. My only son passed away over 22 years ago when he was 15. I enjoy and appreciate my membership in the church deeply. I do like to write poetry of a spiritual nature (and on other topics) and look forward to reading everyone else's work too.
