No big deal except the hypocrisy in him, via Teresa, attacking Cheney for getting 4 deferrments.Second, Bush didn dodge the war, he served and was honorably discharged for the National Guard. Draft dodger is a term that arose during te Vietnam war/conflict to describe those that fled abroad to avoid the draft or those that defied a legal order to join the Armed Forces. Quote
