Wingnut Posted November 15, 2008 Report Posted November 15, 2008 KSL posted an apwire story that seems biased in my opinion:Mormon church blames powder hoax on gay activistsIt doesn't sound biased to me. I assume you're referring to the opening where it says that the Mormon Church blames gay activists for the white powder. The Church's own statement makes multiple references to Prop 8, the campaign, and its opponents, and I don't think that anyone can doubt that the statement does not refer to the white powder incidents. Starfish Posted November 15, 2008 Report Posted November 15, 2008 I heard a great comment from the radio talk show host, Dennis Prager. In essence, -- "I kind of hope they (the protesters) keep it up. They've brought Catholics, Mormons, and Evangelicals together like nothing ever has before. They may have even made a Mitt Romney presidency possible." Quote
Brother Dorsey Posted November 18, 2008 Report Posted November 18, 2008 My wife and I along with our daughter went through the L.A. Temple the mornings of the 14th and 15th. The gates were wide open, with normal security and no protesters. (they were sleeping off their hangovers from the nights before) Quote
