Hemidakota Posted January 3, 2009 Report Posted January 3, 2009 In verse 18 the angel recognized that here was a mystery, too deep for Nephi, wherefore he hastened with the explanation that, "Behold the Virgin whom thou seest is the Mother of the Son of God, after the flesh." As Nephi accepted this tremendous revelation by faith, he needed no further explanation of the significance of the term, "condescension of God," used by the angel. Quote
