EXCERPT: "...The Seventh Annual African American Family History Research Series will feature a keynote address by Univeristy of Utah's Wilfred D. Samuels.

The free event will start at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 7, at the Family History Library. The daylong series of classes workshops includes classes on begining African American research, the Freedman Bureau records and DNA research. The series is in commemoration of Black History Month and sponsored by the Utah Chapter of the Afro-American Historical and Genealogical Society and the Family History Library".
