Much of the slander and mud slung at Bush was simply lies and distortions. The truth is, fiscally Bush was more of a Democrat than a Republican or conservative. Quote

Yep...and his expansion of government size (Homeland security) and influence (No Child Left Behind) are both what I would have expected from the left, not the right.
