Outshined Posted February 3, 2005 Report Posted February 3, 2005 If anyone wants an invitation for a Gmail account, just PM me with an email address to send it to. I have several to give away. Quote
Blessed Posted February 3, 2005 Report Posted February 3, 2005 Can you explain what a gmail account is? I am clueless on this one. (clueless on most, I know) Quote
Outshined Posted February 3, 2005 Author Report Posted February 3, 2005 Sure! It's a web-based email account owned by Google, like Hotmail or Yahoo with 1GB of storage. It's invitation-only for now, and unavailable to the general public without said invitiation. They gave me a bunch of invitations on my account to give away. Quote
Blessed Posted February 3, 2005 Report Posted February 3, 2005 Ok. I do not need another email account. I have a hard time keepig up with the ones I have as it is. Great offer though. God bless~ Quote

Gmail is very, very good. It is much better then yahoo, you should give them a chance. You'll be happy :)Jeff Quote
Jenda Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 What does it do that is better (or different) from Yahoo! or Hotmail? Quote

It looks better, you use google's search feature to find things. It's fast. It keeps spam out very good. And it has TONS of space. You don't delete thing, you archive them. It's really cool. I have tons of invites too, if anyone wants to try it out. It won't be public for a while. Quote
