This is true. However, we cannot bring the millennium for the world at large if they persist in wickedness, so the wicked shall still be burned. As explained in 1Ne. 14:12:

 

And it came to pass that I beheld the church of the Lamb of God, and its numbers were few, because of the wickedness and abominations of the whore who sat upon many waters; nevertheless, I beheld that the church of the Lamb, who were the saints of God, were also upon all the face of the earth; and their dominions upon the face of the earth were small, because of the wickedness of the great whore whom I saw.

 

The truth stated by Cannon, James, Faust and Joseph Smith is that the home is next to the temple in sacredness. Within the walls of our homes we decide what media, what language, and what feelings prevail. Our homes can be holy places if that is the desire of our hearts...the same feeling that prevails during the millennium can exist in our homes now

 

We can carry that influence with us into the world during our daily walk but we shall always be outnumbered but not defeated unless we allow ourselves to be overcome.
