its not a sound file....Pdf is an adobe file....like pictures of pages from the manual...read with adobe acrobat reader I'm not sure what that means, but my mp3 player can download movies, pictures and books...it has a 2x4 inch screen on it.

I still have not learned how to make it compatible with my widows vista...what a pain this windows vista is!! I know, CK...I don't want to hear your, "I told you so's" I bought this piece of crap BEFORE I met you, remember!!

widows vista?....is that different from widowers vista?

very funny!! So I am a lousy speller!! Actually...I think that was a mistype!!!SO, besides humor...are you good with computers? got any suggestions as to how I can make this dang thing work with my WINDOWS Vista?

i'm fairly good with computers, but not an expert. i am smart enought to not upgrade to vista.

i think that if you plug it in to a usb port you may be aple to drag and drop it in windows explorer, but not sure. i still havent taken my ipod shuffle out of it's box yet.

i think that if you plug it in to a usb port you may be aple to drag and drop it in windows explorer, but not sure. i still havent taken my ipod shuffle out of it's box yet.

there was a notice in the news right after vista came out that dell would give their customers an option of having XP if they did not want vista on new computers they bought. probably didnt make it too widely known tho. i saw it noted at work on the Citi channel.

i will stay with XP as long as i can keep my hardware is compatible.
